Cascade Beer School is a brief introduction to the beer and cider production techniques, here at Australia's oldest brewery. Our awesome tour guides will introduce you to the flavour profiles of our historic range of beers and ciders, in addition to the fundamentals of food pairing.

Beer School is designed to introduce you to the basics of food matching, and beer and cider production here at Cascade. Your ticket to Beer School includes 2 complementary 7 ounce beverages, from your choice of our delicious range of beers and ciders. Guests under the age of 18 are offered a soft drink in lieu of alcohol.Â
The Beer School daily, at 2:30pm, and it is open to guests of all ages. We ask that you please arrive at the Visitor Centre (across the road from the Brewery) at 2:15pm, to ensure we have you checked in and ready to go! Looking forward to having you come along!
